The Kunthive name, logo, and the text and design of this website belong to Kunthive. Work we produce for clients belongs to the client once the project is delivered and paid for, unless the project agreement says otherwise.
Service engagements
Websites, AI systems, CRMs and other project work are scoped individually. For each project we agree the deliverables, timeline and price in writing before work begins, and that written agreement takes precedence over these general terms. Estimates and descriptions on this website are indicative, not offers.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party services — domain registrars, hosting platforms, AI providers, advertising platforms. Their terms and pricing apply to their services, and we cannot control changes those providers make.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". While we aim to keep information current and the site available, we don't guarantee either, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Liability for client work is defined in each project agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
